Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Delivery

All artworks are shipped from Germany.

Each piece is carefully and professionally packaged to ensure safe transport. All shipments are fully insured and include tracking.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received.
If additional preparation (such as special packaging) is required, processing time may be slightly extended.

Shipping Within the European Union

We offer free shipping within the European Union.

Delivery within the EU usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination country.

All prices include applicable VAT.

International Shipping (Outside the EU)

We ship worldwide.

Shipping costs for destinations outside the European Union are calculated at checkout.

Delivery times typically range between 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs procedures.

Please note:

Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply in your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Tracking & Insurance

All shipments are fully insured.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

In the unlikely event of transport damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of both the artwork and the packaging.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive the artwork.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision in writing (e.g., by email).

Return Conditions

  • The artwork must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

  • The artwork must be securely packaged for transport.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

You are responsible for any loss in value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the artwork.

Refunds

Once the returned artwork has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 14 days.

The refund will include the purchase price and the original standard shipping costs (if applicable).
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or commissioned works created specifically at the buyer’s request are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
